# Free registration and login to eCall


### Where can I register for a new account?

Register for free without any obligations (including 30 free text messages).

If you are using eCall for professional purposes, we highly recommend opening an [eCall business account](https://help.ecall-messaging.com/en/article/ecall-business-pz6rfc/). Please contact us directly after registration +41 (0)44 787 30 70 or info@ecall.ch. Already registered customers can log in [here](https://portal.ecall.ch/ecall/ecall.asp?EN) directly.

### Further information on registration

**How to change username, password, e-mail-address etc. after registration?**
Login to your eCall-Account. Click 'Settings' in the navigation on the left side of your screen. Here you can customize your personal settings.

**Forgot Your User Name or Password?**
Go to the [Login-Page](https://portal.ecall.ch/ecall/ecall.asp?EN) and click on "I've forgotten my password" and enter your e-mail address or mobile phone number (the same that you used for registration when you created your account). Within two to five minutes your username and password will be resent.

**How can I close my free account?**
Your account will automatically be closed if it remains inactive for three months.
