How do I move a group into another folder?
In the details section of the group choose the required folder and click 'Save'.
Can I deactivate a number within a group?
Yes. To deactivate a number enter a minus sign before the number (e.g. -079 543 72 93).
How do I compose a new group?
Type in each number in the number list on a new line (use the Return key for a line-break). Additionally prepared number lists in Excel, for example, can simply be copied and pasted into the number list.
Do I have to enter telephone numbers in international formats?
For mobile numbers in Switzerland, Germany and Austria international dial codes are not needed - eCall recognizes the message service automatically. Mobile numbers for other countries require the dial code either as +XXX or 00XXX (e.g. +39 or 0039 for Italy, +358 or 00358 for Finland).

After the number, enter a semi-colon and any required additional information (e.g. the name of a group member).
Example: +41 79 123 45 67;John Smith
