Fax settings

Under fax settings you can define the following characteristics:

• sender number
• header content
• retries (number of trials/interval)
• cover sheet

Own fax number

This number will only appear on a fax machine as the sender and will not appear on the sent fax. A maximum of 16 digits, e.g. 0041431234567, are allowed.

Fax header ID

The content of this field is displayed in the header next to the date and time (maximum 20 digits or characters).

Fax header info

The content of this field is displayed in the header next to the fax header ID (maximum of 50 digits or characters).

Retries

The number of retries can be entered here (max. 9). If the recipient is not available eCall tries to achieve the specified number of times.

Time interval

The interval of retries can be entered here (max. 99 minutes). The interval determines the time required to wait between retry attempts.

Cover sheet

Here you can specify whether a cover sheet is used or not. If the option is not selected only the attachments are sent as a fax.
